There are several options available to help families manage educational expenses.

• Idaho distance education programs, such as Overture Learning, which may provide reimbursement for qualified home education expenses. While these funds cannot be applied toward Legacy Academy tuition, they can help offset costs such as annual book fees, student supplies, and other home education materials and activities.

• The State of Idaho offers a Parental Choice Tax Credit that may be applied toward Legacy Academy tuition. Families are encouraged to visit the state’s website HERE for full details and eligibility requirements. We encourage all families to explore this opportunity. Combined with Legacy Academy's commitment to keeping tuition as affordable as possible, the tax credit can make a high-quality, faith-centered education accessible to more families.

• Idaho’s 529 education savings program (IDEAL) allows funds to be used for private K–12 tuition, offering potential tax advantages for participating families.
